Allow 45–60 minutes: time with Dr. Corey to discuss your concerns, examine thoroughly, and explain your options.
Ongoing care: the standard follow-up office visit is $65. Recommendations depend on your examination and goals.

The first visit is where we decide whether the problem is appropriate for care and what information actually matters. That requires more than locating the painful spot. The history, symptom behavior, movement, relevant orthopedic or neurological findings, and your goals all help shape the recommendation.
The visit is also meant to give you clarity. You should understand what was found, what remains uncertain, what options make sense, and what you can reasonably expect before deciding how to proceed.
What happens if chiropractic is not the right next step
A useful examination can sometimes end with a referral rather than treatment. If the history or findings suggest imaging, medical evaluation, or another provider would be more appropriate, that should be explained directly rather than delaying the right next step.
